Keep the pack, grow the label instead.
A booklet label adds folded pages underneath a standard self-adhesive label and increases your usable print area from 4 up to 40 times. Your carton, die and filling line stay the same, while multilingual content, instructions for use and mandatory warnings all travel on a single label.

How many pages fit on one label?
Pack surface runs out, mandatory content keeps growing
Nutrition tables, allergen warnings, INCI lists, CLP pictograms and multilingual instructions grow every year. A booklet label is the most practical way to carry all of it without enlarging the pack.
One label, every language
Meet the language requirements of every export market within a single SKU and reduce packaging variants.
Pack dimensions stay the same
Multiply your content area without changing the carton, the die or the filling line.
Front artwork stays intact
Mandatory texts move to the inner pages while the brand artwork leads on the cover.
No loss of line speed
Standard roll winding keeps it running on your existing automatic applicators.
Adds a security layer
Holograms, void film and unique codes protect the product against counterfeiting.
Material savings
Removes the need for a separate leaflet and a second carton.
Every printed component, from label to carton
Source booklet labels, package inserts, IFU/DFU documents and folding cartons from a single supplier and simplify your process and stock management.

See solutionsFour steps from brief to series production
We start every project with the problem, not the product. Once the right structure is defined, the same result repeats on every following order.
Brief and analysis
We clarify the product, pack surface, line speed, storage conditions and regulatory requirements together.
Structure and page plan
Folding type, page count, material and adhesive combination are defined and the page plan is drawn up.
Sample and trial
A digitally printed sample is produced and, where possible, tested on your own filling line.
Series production
The approved specification is recorded in a technical file and production runs under quality control.
Common questions
What is a booklet label?
A booklet label is a multi-page label produced by adding folded pages underneath a standard self-adhesive label. Without disturbing the artwork on the front of the pack, it carries extensive text on the back — instructions for use, multilingual content and legal warnings. After being opened and read, the label reseals and stays on the pack.
How much extra area does a booklet label provide?
Depending on page count and folding technique, the usable print area of the label increases from 4 up to 40 times. Standard applications are usually satisfied with 6–16 pages, while multilingual export packaging can require constructions of more than 40 pages.
Do booklet labels run on automatic labelling lines?
Yes. Booklet labels are wound in rolls exactly like standard pressure sensitive labels and are applied by existing automatic applicators. For a reliable result, label calliper, roll winding direction and core diameter must be defined according to your line, so we recommend sharing your line specification before production.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity depends on the construction, material, page count and printing method. Digital printing makes short runs and sample production possible, while economic quantities are higher for offset and flexo. Share the details of your project and we will prepare a quantity and price study specific to it.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. We prepare digitally printed samples before series production. You can review the folding structure, legibility and material performance and, where possible, test it on your own filling line. Once the sample is approved, the technical specification is put on record.
