Expanded Content Label (ECL)
An Expanded Content Label (ECL) is a multi-page self-adhesive label produced by adding folded pages underneath a standard label. It carries everything from instructions for use to legal warnings on the back, without disturbing the brand artwork on the front of the pack.
When content does not fit on a single-panel label, you no longer need to enlarge the pack, add a second carton or insert a separate leaflet. An ECL increases the usable print area from 4 up to 40 times within the same pack dimensions, and keeps running on your existing automatic labelling lines.
