Folding Carton Boxes
A folding carton is the outer pack that protects the primary packaging and represents the brand on the shelf. A well-engineered carton opens without trouble on the line, closes cleanly after filling and keeps its shape throughout distribution.
The key elements in die design are board grain direction, crease positions and the glue flap. These are determined by product weight and by the feeding system of your cartoning machine; get them wrong and the line suffers popping and jamming.
