1. Data controller

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data controller is Günel Etiket Ticaret Ltd. Şti.. 2. Personal data processed

Through this website we process only the information you submit yourself:

• Identity and contact data: full name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number.
• Request content: the project information you share in the quote or contact form.
• Transaction security data: IP address and timestamp at the moment the form is submitted.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed in order to evaluate your request, provide you with a price quotation and technical information, conduct pre-contractual discussions and fulfil statutory retention obligations. The legal basis is Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK (“directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract”) and Article 5/2-(f) (“legitimate interest”); under the GDPR the corresponding bases are Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f).

4. Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It is processed only with our website hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers, to the extent technically necessary to deliver the service, and may be shared with competent public authorities upon a lawful request.

5. Retention period

Form requests are retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation, counted from the conclusion of the request; at the end of that period they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or profiling cookies. Only the strictly necessary session cookie required for form security (session and CSRF protection) is used. The map component on the contact page is provided by Google, and Google's own cookies may be set when that component loads.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK — and Articles 15–22 of the GDPR where it applies — you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request rectification or erasure and to claim compensation for damages.
