Booklets and Package Inserts
Booklets and package inserts are printed documents placed inside the packaging carton. They are mandatory in the pharmaceutical industry and, in consumer goods, the core component carrying instructions for use and warranty information.
Folding precision is the decisive factor in this production. Automatic cartoning machines pick the insert by vacuum; when the folded size, calliper or paper grain fall outside tolerance, the line stops. Paper weight and folding plan are therefore defined according to your line.

Let us start with a sample. Before series production we print a digital sample and recommend testing it on your own filling line where possible. Folding structure, legibility and adhesive performance are then verified before production starts.
