A booklet label is a multi-page label produced by adding folded pages underneath a standard self-adhesive label. Without disturbing the artwork on the front of the pack, it carries extensive text on the back — instructions for use, multilingual content and legal warnings. After being opened and read, the label reseals and stays on the pack.

Depending on page count and folding technique, the usable print area of the label increases from 4 up to 40 times. Standard applications are usually satisfied with 6–16 pages, while multilingual export packaging can require constructions of more than 40 pages.

Yes. Booklet labels are wound in rolls exactly like standard pressure sensitive labels and are applied by existing automatic applicators. For a reliable result, label calliper, roll winding direction and core diameter must be defined according to your line, so we recommend sharing your line specification before production.

The minimum quantity depends on the construction, material, page count and printing method. Digital printing makes short runs and sample production possible, while economic quantities are higher for offset and flexo. Share the details of your project and we will prepare a quantity and price study specific to it.

Yes. We prepare digitally printed samples before series production. You can review the folding structure, legibility and material performance and, where possible, test it on your own filling line. Once the sample is approved, the technical specification is put on record.

On standard projects the delivery time after print approval is usually 10–15 working days. Jobs requiring custom tooling, high page counts or variable data can take longer. The exact lead time is confirmed at the quotation stage according to project details.

We accept print-ready PDF (PDF/X-4 preferred), vector files with outlined fonts, or packaged Illustrator/InDesign files. Colours should be CMYK with special colours specified by Pantone code; cut, crease and bleed should be shown on separate layers. If you do not have artwork, we provide design and page-plan support.

You supply the texts and we build the page plan together. Which language appears on which page, point size, folding sequence and reading direction are planned according to the pack dimensions. The goal is for every language to appear at a legible point size and in the correct order.

Adhesive options are available for glass, PET, PE, PP, HDPE, metal, board and laminate surfaces. The critical factor is surface energy; low surface energy containers such as PE and PP require a special adhesive. Telling us the material of your container is enough for the right selection.

Yes. We offer adhesive and material options for temperature ranges from refrigeration down to -196 °C liquid nitrogen. In cryogenic applications it is critical that the label is applied at room temperature and the adhesive is allowed to set.
